Churches across the country are stepping out and making the transition from a traditional model to a new way of being. God seems to be prompting and encouraging something – a change that comes with excitement and challenge, costs and opportunities. Mike Sherburn, Pastor at Watchet Baptist Church, led a recent webinar about this transition. He spoke from his own experience of leading through this change and covered everything from the principles involved to practical steps.
